FAQ
Do I need an Instagram business account?
Yes, a professional (Business or Creator) account. Switching is free in the Instagram app.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
What happens to my videos if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. While you are over the free limits, creating new items, exporting, uploading, using AI and turning schedules on are paused.
Is my content used to train AI?
vacans does not use your content for training. Text you send for caption ideas is processed by our AI provider. See the Privacy Policy.
Which platforms are supported?
Instagram today. TikTok and X are on our list.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account. Your data is removed after 30 days (you can cancel within that time).
